During this uncertain era, we do our best to continue Primalderm as functional as in the past.

Shipping Times

Our standard shipping time has not been affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic. We are able to ship products out from our warehouses on time. 

We constantly update our estimated shipping times according to reliable information from our shipping partners.

Health

Since the beginning of Coronavirus Pandemic, we get the question if the viruses are carried with a parcel.

No, viruses cannot stay alive on cardboard for more than 24 hours.

All of our shipments take at least three days. So, there is no risk of ordering physical products because of the pandemic.
